Corné Heesters is also a Jeet Kune Do-er from the first order. He met Ted Wong in 1995 when we organized the first Jeet Kune Do seminar in the Netherlands.

Immediately thereafter he began his Jeet Kune Do training at the Academy and will always go to the USA and around Europe to monitor and participate Ted Wong seminars to keep his JKD knowledge on a high level.

His knowledge of Jeet kune Do is upto such levels that he is in the Netherlands the only person known as a 3rd generation Jeet Kune Do instructor, certified by The Academy.

Again a good basis for the spreading of the original Jeet kune Do in the world.

Meanwhile, lessons are given in Breda and Dalem.

Because there was great demand, a Kids Class (6 to 9 years) has been started in Breda, and has now expanded to a second and third Kids Class group (10 to 12 years) this has developed into a very large group of enthusiastic young Jeet Kune Do practitioners who are allready pretty good in Bruce Lee's martial arts.

In a play situation, learning more respect for each other, cooperate with each other, the general manners and tolerance in a sports and game situation gets all together.

The confidence is growing, while a piece of self defence is taught.

At issue are various martial arts such as judo, jujitsu and aikido and not to forget the real martial arts of Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do

The highlight was the Bruce Lee Educational Foundation seminar in 2001 that we could organize in the Netherlands. All students of Bruce together, and his wife and daughter.

The new organization (Bruce Lee Foundation) has been established and the board members are Linda Lee Cadwell, Shannon Lee Keasler, Ted Wong, Joe Allen and Taky Kimura. The survival of the martial arts of Bruce Lee, it guaranteed for the future.
